Deanna Webb
Mediation, Arbitration and Workplace Investigator
Deanna is a mediator, arbitrator, and workplace investigator. She is a member of the Ontario Labour-Management Arbitrators' Association ("OLMAA"). She has been an active litigator in the labour and employment sector for over 15 years. As both a litigator and in-house counsel, Deanna is uniquely positioned to understand the law and how best to resolve conflicts in the workplace.
In 2006, Deanna graduated from Queen's University's Masters in Industrial Relations (M.I.R.) / L.L.B program. After practicing law at two of Canada's top labour and employment firms, Deanna acted as in-house labour and employment counsel in both the private and public sectors.
Deanna has extensive experience as counsel in collective bargaining, rights and interest arbitrations and in wrongful dismissal litigation. She has regularly appeared before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, Canada Industrial Relations Board, Canadian Human Rights Tribunal and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.
Deanna is a well-regarded workplace investigator, known for her thorough and clear reports that reflect her experience and sound judgement.

She understands these files and can help the parties come to a resolution, quickly and fairly.
Workplace Investigations
For over a decade in the media, financial and healthcare sectors, Deanna has conducted and overseen workplace investigations concerning a wide range of complaints including: occupational health and safety violations; human rights allegations; fraud; theft; and conflicts of interest. She provides timely, impartial investigations that are fair to the respondent and complainant.
